R2S Fundraising status... WOW!

The R2S Team has been busy through the summer and the fall and now we are getting onto our few months of fundraising for 2021.

Rob trainer has finished his epic 800km ride in the dirt on Vancouver Island and while I haven't talk to him yet, I'm sure he's got some good stories to tell to go with is over $20k raised! His goal if $50k in total with his next June's ride from Banff to Mexico on "The Divide". Watch for details on that one.

This week, Dave Peerless is continuing his push to $50k for his Dexter Team with a 200km ride Wed or Thursday Sept 15th or 16th (weather dependent).

This coming weekend Sept 17th thru 19th Amarjit Dhadwar and the Crazy Hikers are running a 50-50 pole sit (meaning.... 50 hours at 50 feet in the air!) which will likely raise between $20-30k for cancer research. If you have any time on the weekend come on down to FreshCo at 7430 Scott Road as they are helping us with this pole sit and we will have lots going on. It'll be great Indian food provided by different food trucks and entertainment provided by different community groups.

And on Sept 25th, Surinder Sahdra's Crazy Hikers are also riding 300km in ONE DAY to continue the fundraising!
